"Business reply letter posted back to sender"

Twice in three months , instead of letters delivered to addresses came back to sender. Yesterday an important letter, very light in weight sent in addresses's 'business reply plus ' envelope to London Sw1P address with important one page document ,delivered back this morning to sender's address

name and address of the sender ( myself) was at the back of the envelope and how royal mail misses the actual name and address of the addresse in front printed in bold large letters but reads the name address of the sender at the back, in small prints , and delivers back to sender , only Royal Mail with its recent improved service can explain. Unfortunately Royal Mail Service in this instance find not very satisfactory..
