"Don't go to Barnett Fayre, you might loose your hair!"

Just look at the name and the front of the hairdressers, for a start! Needs updating-back in time. I came in for a cut and then asked for a colour but when the junior washed my colour off, it was the most uncomfortable experience (rough and hard, not relaxing at all. Not a pleasant and enjoyable treat. Never again will I go there. I feel sorry for her clients when she is a qualified hairdresser. I think the manager needs to put her staff on a customer care quality course . Also your staff are backstapping you behind your back, about what they don't like about the salon. Why not record what they are saying about you in the staff rest area, your be shocked! You need to look at the whole aspect of the salon!

Take a look at the new restaurant, that is next door to you and see what else has been modernised around Writtle on the Green. Wake up to the year 2016 (please).
