"Wrong tel nbr on website"

A review of Lloyds TSB Bank PLC by Anonymous written on Wednesday 15th of June 2016

Invalid teI nbr on website so I have not been able to contact Lloyds Bank, High st, Chelmsford. The number given (0845 072 3333) is invalid and gives another number 0345 3000000 and this department, which I believe is Lloyds Info desk, cannot help me. How is that for customer service - absolute rubbish..
