"Second time ruined"

We had a stair carpet organised and fitted very professionally from this lovely family business a few years ago! because of the great service .we went back for a new stair carpet when we wanted it re done. great service until fitting.carpet incorrectly cut for our stairs and fitter called back. He was due to organise a new piece of carpet and re fit 3 months ago.never had any more follow up from shop or any explanation. we understand covid has taken place throughout.but still took the order and fitted it whilst covid rife and now we will not follow up and will find a more reliable source in the future. so sad as we support family business's ..
